NE Ohio:thompson tomorrow 7-27

im planning on going to thompson raceway park tomorrow for some racing. its the first time ive been to the track in almost 3 years! i know im gonna do sh*tty because i still have my junk kumhos but im just going for fun. if anyone wants to meet up that would be cool.

well i went tonight and it was just as i expected. the car is hurtin! my best run was a 13.6@104 with a 2.2 60 ft. im not sure what is going on but i believe its fuel or ignition related. my last run the car started cutting out at the top of 2nd gear and i ended up running a 14.0@101!!! my buddies said that earlier in the day i was blowing out a decent amount of light blue smoke but im not too worried about that. i guess i have some diagnosing to do to get the car back where it should be. oh well, at least im finally going back to the track!!

hopefully i'll be joining you up there soon, i'm going to summit today to get my 355 rebuild.

hey munson, could you shoot me a pm with a price on a dyno tune. you sent me one a few months ago but i cant remember what it was. after i check a couple things on the car, i think a dyno run might show me whats going on with the car.
