Already know about having them installed on a drive-on lift, I'm more concerned about things to watch out for?

Is there anything I should cover/move while having them welded-in? I think I read a post that said you should cover your fuel lines with something?

just have them do short welds to keep the heat build up down so it doesn't affect the carpet inside.

Its super easy to pull the carpet up along the door edges, just remove the trim panel and peel your carpet up and stick a block of wood or something in there to hold the carpet up so it doesnt burn. I had a water bottle handy to spray down the floorpan as it got hot and I dampened the carpet a little. Other than that, yeah remove the clips for the fuel lines and hold them aside while theyre welding as you tend to come pretty close to them.

I just had them installed last week. My guy only charged $105 for installing the SFC's, the rear LCA's, and checked my plug wires to make sure they were all on tight [one was a little loose].
