HELP 94 TA has low rpm miss, HELP, PLEASE.

Car has only 36K. Just replaced plugs and wires and that didn't help at all. Could it be the opicspark? Thaat dude is pricey. Any way of cheching it? Any help would be great. Thanks, Troy.
