Easyiest and Cheapest way to bump my shift points

I have a decent tune on my car right now. I would like to be able to play with my shift points without screwinging with the rest of my program. what is the cheapest and safest way to do this?

Also, is there any software out there that will allow you to look at what a tuner has done with your car? I would like to see what the company did as far as settings. Any way of viewing this without buying a full tuner version of a software package?

Also, is LS1 edit still for sale anywhere?
