Maybe I'm in the minority or something (a few positive repsonses to it so far).... but the cockpit cover, at least in my mind, is going to be just a shade or two less popular than the tent idea on the Aztek.

The cockpit cover just raised it a notch in my book. A definite must for a two seat roadster.

You are probably right that it won't actually be popular (i.e. not many Solstice buyers would actually shell out money for it), but it is still a cool option. Come to think of it, are there any other modern convertibles offering such an accessory? Miata? S2000? I just think it is interesting, even though I wouldn't buy it myself. The Aztek tent though, I might well have picked that up if I were buying one of those babies.
Of course, there's little chance I'd buy these accessory wheels over the stock ones, either.

I think it's actually a pretty cool idea....
Just alluding to the fact that it really didn't fly so well in the market.

I like the cockpit cover My dad has a '75 MGB and he has one for it. While we've never used it, the fact alone that Pontiac thought to design one is awesome
