I have a 1980 Camaro and am in need of a new power steering bracket and have had no luck in finding one anywhere. The motor is a 350 in. Crate engine from GM Goodwrench. Heres some more info on the engine i have. http://www.crateenginedepot.com/store/350-Crate-Engine-290-HP-HO-12499529-P824C2.aspx

If you can't find it at junk yard, try my #2 source for stuff like this, ebay. Search using the words "steering bracket 350" and I'm sure you'll get a couple of hits. BTW, it doesn't have to be off a Camaro or a 350. Nova, impala, 350/305 brackets are usually the same. Just eyeball the pics and see if it's what you need.
I scored a manual box with the pitman arm for cheap on ebay. I was only bidder. These boxes usually go for 75-100 on the boards, + another 30 for the arm. I think I got them both for 35. I wanted them in case I ever want to unleash the 10hp or so the power steering sucks up.

Okay, Thanx man. Ive searched only 1 junkyard, locally and have had no luck with finding any camaros with engines in the and ive got a buddy over by me that has a 454 in his 1984 chevy 1 ton pickup that has the same bracket and power steering unit as my car so yeah, there is a wide range of choices i could in getting this bracket.

At least not from any local car parts store (autozone, pep boys, kragen).

the 454 bracket I dont think will be the same
most any 1980 Chevy will use the same bracket as long as its a small block
