rearend .....loss of power

This has been happening to me lately, when I smash on the gas I only smoke up my rear right tire. Also when I powerbrake only that same tire starts to smoke up. This didnt happen to me before.....they would both peel out. Do u guys think my rearend might be going out on me soon? :( :( Its just frustrating me. Also when I do peel out, there is this noise that comes from my center console. I know its not my tranny mount beacuse I have broke three and know what that feels like. Any help ...please
