Can you convert to 4 bolt mains from 2?

If you can how much would it cost? I found a 4 bolt block but it's pre 87 so it's not a rollor. How much differance in power is there from a rollor to non?

The strongest stock block you can make is a two-four bolt conversion. Even a studded two bolt is stronger than a regular four bolt block, so I would definatly go with the two bolt and if you are making anything under 550 horse, just use main studs, and if you are going higher than 550 horse go with the same block but with a splayed main conversion. As far as price goes, I went with Milodeon (spelling?) billet caps and I think they were around 300 bucks or so, but I can't remember for sure. Call your local machine shop for drill and tapping prices, and as well you will also need an align hone after the work is done.

Yes, converting a 2 bolt to a studded splayed 4 bolt is nice...
