Screaching Noise

Ok, My car went on a curb, well It accidentally wound up on top of a curb at least only the front drivers side tire did (long story). well Now when Im driving i hear a creeaching noise and I also hear it when i make a turn.
Im wondering what can it be?????? might it be the brake metal clip? hummm but my brakes are almost new....
anyone had this happen? or have any ideas as to what it can be .
ALSO After that minor incident I also need an ALIGNMENT. might that have some to do with it??????
