Last 2 pictures are of the insides of the 10 bolt, please dont confuse this with the 9" pictures on that page! This is a 3.42 rear, has about 50k on it. Also has a Zexel Torsen posi. I cleaned it up, and I'm in the process of grinding the rust off and coating it with Rustoleum epoxy. I put new axle seals in it with fresh grease. Bearings and everything looked great, and fluid came out clean. Cover has a big magnet on it too that was also pretty clean. Missing backing plates, just reuse your old ones! $300.

I'm real interested, I just don't have the money right now, but I should have the majority of it within the week. I've been rolling on 2.73 open for my whole life and I need a rear like crazy.

What all is included? Disc to disc? Swaybar?

I would be more than happy to include a swaybar, somehow I've managed to gather 5 of them lol... the brakes are not included but I would be happy to assist in swapping your brakes from your current rear end to this one. I'm assuming this is going in your 92 firebird?

yeah, what kind of brakes will fit? I want to retain using stock wheels for now, since I'm poor as hell. I don't think LS1 brakes will fit with 15s, will they?

LS1 Brakes most likely won't clear your 15" wheels.
Also, your stock 3rd gen wheels will be pushed out with that rear, probably even with the fender since you have the 15x7 wheels.

Your stock brake setup will fit, I will help you swap them over. This rear is almost 1" wider on each side than stock, which, like zepher said, will push your back wheels out. I personally think that would look good, makes the rear tires look wider. If you will notice, he is running an LS1 rear on his 3rd gen too.

It's actually almost 2" wider per side, total of about 4".
I do run 4th gen offset wheels though, with a 2" bolt on spacer in the front.
Using the LS1 rear will allow you to run 4th gen wheels with only purchasing front spacers. Spacers range from $75-150/pair.

Are you sure? I swear I remember seeing people posting on here it being about an inch wider. Odd.
