98-02 Firebird owners

Does anyone know how the factory headlight system works? Is there a seperate relay for the headlight doors like the 93-97 cars? Thanks, Chris.

What specifically are you wondering? There is a control module behind the driver side light that controls the raising/lowering of the headlights but has nothing to do with the actual lighting of the lights... is that what you're wondering?

Yeah, my car is originally a 94, but now has a 02 front clip. I retaind the original 94 relay located on the drivers side. Having it hooked up that way, it had a bad current draw. So I hooked the feed line to a switched source. But I don't know if it the orginal relay, or if the 98+ had a different relay setup????
