Hey all, I've got a 95 Formula that I decided to install a pa-racing tubular k-member in while I have the engine out. The k-member is installed, no fitment issues, but I'm trying to get some ideas of what to do with the brake lines. I made up my own metal bracket to extend down the 2 or 3" that the stock k-member did, but it's flimsy and the tire hits it in a sharp turn. Would a stainless steel braided line a few inches longer work, and then I can just zip-tie it to the new k-member? Any help's appreciated...thanks.

I would just do the zip-tie method. Or, since you have a tubular k-member, you might be able to use adel clamps which would be the best way. That's how we typically tie hoses back on aircraft. :)

I used zip ties on mine where needed. It seems to be working fine. I actually used red ones to match the k-member so they wouldnt stand out.

Starting within the next month we are going to make a provision built on the k-member for the brake lines. Customers who currently have one of our k-members can purchase a bolt in bracket. Give us a call if you are interested.
