Wierd trans shifting into 2nd gear.

Hey guys, I just recently got a 86 z28 with a 305tpi, and 700r4 tranny. Since I got it all sorted out and road ready, i noticed the tranny like's to seem as if it is shifting in and out of 2nd gear under light throttle while cruising down city streets. Also, when it shifts in general to 3rd, 4th gear, it is somewhat hard. I have already replaced my trans mount, but am going to check the torque arm mount and motor mounts monday at work. I adjusted the TV cable like my haynes manual said, which was to push in the tab, and pull the cable all the way till it stops into the collar, towards the rear of the engine. The trans downshifts fine and if I get on it harder, it seems to shift fine. One time it went in and out of 2nd to first like 5 times. I just kept the throttle where it was and it just bucked in and out. lol. I also plan on changing the filter and trans fluid at work as well. So, what do you guys suggest? Broken accumalator spring? Bad engine/ torque arm mounts making this feel like this? Maladjusted crappy infor from my haynes manual? Simple fluid and filter in need of changing? Im hoping it's nothing major. BTW the car has 92K on it. Car was sitting for around 6 years in some garage, then this one guy bought it, had it for 3 months and it ran like crap so he wanted to sell it. I fixed the car and it runs like a top now. Just this wierd tranny deal now. Thanks guys!
