with the moonson system, you'll have to buy the stock one unless you plan on changing your entire stereo system. If I remember correctly, the Monsoon is like the Bose system and you have to replace everything or go back to stock.

Nope, the Monsoon and Bose systems are all "odd" and require either complete replacement or stock only replacement.

The impedences of the Monsoon amps/speakers are not the normal 4 ohms, I believe they are all 2 ohm speakers; I'm not 100% sure of this, but basically if you just replace the speakers with aftermarket, they will sound like crap. It's a gut-n-replace type stock system.

I think your stock speakers are 1ohm speakers. If you get an aftemarket one, they are usually 4ohms. The speakers won't sound as loud. Best thing to do is to just rip out the entire system and put a new one in unless you plan on replacing it with stock

you can go to the dealership or ebay. I don't know any online sites that sell stock speakers.

you'll be able to use any 4ohm speaker although it may not be as loud as the stock speakers since most aftermarket speakers are made to handle more power than the stock system produces
