Pre-Construction Townhomes in Avalon Park

What up guys,

I got the inside track if anybody here is interested in purchasing a pre-construction townhome in Avalon Park either for investment or to live in. I'm not gonna name names publicly, but I pulled some strings with one of the builders out in Avalon Park (those of you who know me obviously know which builder) and got my name on the top of the VIP Realtor list multiple times. I bought one myself and have sold 3 others this week. These aren't available to the public yet, which is why I'm being a bit discrete publicly about names, details, and prices. There is an ass-ton of money to be made off of these things, and I would rather see them be sold to people I know who can benefit from them rather than some shmuck investor from California or England...these people are buying up central florida piece by piece.

Do you just have an inside track at Avalon or with certain builders? That would work at other locations in Central FL... My girlfriend's dad was talking about building one for girlfreinds brother, but he lives and works more in the longwood area.

My girlfriend's dad talked abut buying another place out there, not sure how serious he is but I will get get in touch with him.

Right now its just in Avalon with 1 builder. I'm working on other locations throughout central florida with the same builder...but right now its just Avalon Park, and I'm in there like swim wear. :D

Let me know what he is looking for, and I'll see what I can do for him. Its getting pretty damn difficult to find a home under the 300K mark that is priced at market price, without having to go into a multiple offer situation. The last 2 homes I sold (not new construction) were on the market 4 hours (290K) and 1 day (556K)...this business is getting pretty insane.

New construction is pretty much impossible to get your hands on these days without having to be on a 2,000 person list or having to enter in one of those builders lotteries....I got to jump right to the head of the class. :cool: :D

ha wish i had that type of money..i'm in an apartment now, think i'm going to have to find someone renting out a room...bye bye privacy..
