Mine just turned 25 this year so I registered it as an antique and only one plate is issued and it makes it exempt from state inspections AND the plate is good for five years and costs less than the yearly plate !!!! :D :D pennys58 05-30-2005, 06:55 PM My wife got a ticket for no front license plate and having a license plate cover that covered up the "lone star state". She argued that it was like theat when we bought it, it came with the cover and only one plate. So, he smacked her with failing to signal when he was pulling her over.
