Do they come on with the AC? Are you getting power to the fan motors? Are the motors good?

It still sounds like a relay problem but you say you checked it. See if you have power leaving the relay, then see if you are getting power to the motor plugs to see if you have a broken wire... Goodluck

there is a sensor underneath the passenger side exhaaust manifold that triggers the fans on when coolant temp reaches x amount that is the problem. you can fix it by replacing it or do what i did and make a manual fan switch.

ok i put in the 2 new relays and still nothing, the fan motors themselves work but there is no power getting to the fans. and i'm out of ideas

Have you checked the fusible links in that circuit? I think they are next to the battery or down by the starter.

Don't confuse yourself with the turn the ac on thing. If the ac is low on freon the clutch will not turn on and cycle anyway. the cutout switch will prevent the fans to come on at that point. your problem seems to be electrical. relay fuseable link, possibly as simple as a fuse. pull the relay out and jump it from the hot terminal to the trigger terminal and see if it kicks on. I'm not sure as of yet on the config on your car but start there. the easiest thing to remember about electrical is you need a power and a ground to make something work and a relay is nothing but a switch. use a test light and see if you got a power and a ground at the relay first, if you got + and - then the one of two remaining terminals trigger the fan on and off like a switch. hope this gives you the basics, it seems like a simple problem to me, but it took me years in the trade to get it and typing it as opposed to being there to fix it or show you is a little tough. a good luck. let me know what you find.
