ibm laptop forsale

ibm laptop...its the i series p2 with 256 mb ram. upgradable. has usb ports and all the others ppl want. the screen works great. the harddrive is 5gig. battery does take charge. this would be great for them lt1 mods for your camaro or firebird. make an offer and you may own it. I bought this for college and i'm done with it. worked without a flaw.

yes it has a serial port. there is no bad pixels. it has win 98 operating system. i was told it could run xp but i never tried it because i do not have a copy of it. I have no clue what these things are worth at this time. I bought it off a guy who had it on ebay. I emailed him with an offer and he took it. :eek: to my surprize. his auction ended up going for 500 or so dollars but he kept his word and still sold it to me for a much lower price.
throw me some prices guys. I need some cash. the gas prices in ky are killing me!

the thing like i said is in the box ready to be shipped to the first person who can make a deal with me. this will make a great tuner laptop or for that person who wants to backup information onto a laptop. the possiblities are limitless.

no DOS is ancient. this thing can run windows xp! shut your mouth unless you have something good to say.

yea i agree it is not much BUT it can be used very nicely as a tuner laptop or back up computer,it does have a 56k modem, or can be used to play killer games like command and conquer which is not compatible with windows XP, or you can upgrade the thing and have one heck of a laptop. it just depends what you are planning the use the thing for. ME i used it at college for my english classes. it was great. since i can type faster than i can write. i'm done and have no use for it now. At one point i had to make a f-disk for another computer with it because i forgot 2. another time i was having a command and conquer craze and played on it for over 2 days striaght....then i bought a ps2. i stuck it in my closet until now. damn gas prices are forcing me to sell it and or trade it off for something...like the old saying goes if you cant use it chuck it. or something.

I just bought a hood and need one no longer. I will trade for a Ground effects kit or a x box. X box's are getting lower in price and I can pick one up for a 100 dollars. <thats with one game and two controllers. the PROBLEM : i have no money.i would rather trade the laptop that i have over 200 dollars invested in for something worth much less because i have no need for it.

well i just bought a X BOX. if anyone has some games or wireless controllers i might trade. depends if i like the games or not.

It appears no one on here is interested in your laptop. Throw it on ebay, thats what I did with mine and I got quite a bit for mine.
