replace beer with cars and you got a winning commercial..all about america its pride and the point of buying and staying in america..

 

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that commercial.

 

Many of the *** cars are made here in the US. Aren't they American too? Should we buy cars that are American brands or made in America? My Camaro was made in Canada. Did I "Buy American"?

Im not going to even argue with you on this, Cus I am talking about the commercial..how it was done..instead of beer put cars..

and to everything you said the points are made about buying american and being an american company in the commercial..THAT if you saw the commercial you would understand..

and ok..Camaro was made in Canada..well Canada is part of North America, so yea you bought American..if your getting nit picking..

and GM is an american car company that brings its profits back to American companies, not shared with import car companies here and abroad.

at least Impala64 knows what I meant.......

This is the kind of theology that kills me. " I bought a Camry. Its made in America. I bought an American car. I'm a good person."

Meanwhile, Delphi is on the ropes, TRW is having a rough time and trying to get more business with Toyota, Tier 2 suppliers are going bankrupt left and right, GMs marketshare dwindles, stock prices go down which lowers your 401(k)'s value, consumer confidence decreases due to job losses, etc.

But hey, that Camry was made in America. Smart move
