Hot Rod Power Tour

Coming soon! I am driving to Tallahassee to do the last leg. Anyone want to caravan or copilot? Probably taking my GTA, but still not 100% decided....

Also, I am going to book a hotel room in the next day or 2. Suggestions, or if you want to split, let me know.

anyone know the plan for fri? what time is everyone going to be in old town? my dad wants to come up to check it out. i thought i saw that they were going to do awards and things on sat there too.

I am long hauling...

I wish I was Long Hauling again but neither the wife's job nor mine would let it fly so maybe next year. They're gonna be at the Osceola Heritage Park - Kissimmee, FL June 10. NOT OLD TOWN!!! I think this is the Silver Spurs arena but I'm not sure. If anybody's on the fence as to go or not, GO!!! You won't regret it.

Hot Rod Power Tour 2005

With the 2004 Power Tour fresh in our minds, and the issue fresh in our readers’ hands (October 2004,) we're ready to announce the dates for the HOT ROD Power Tour 2005.

This year's event proved to be the biggest one yet, and we know with our jump start on the planning for next year, it can only get better.

On the right is a list of some of the many sponsors who will be accompanying HOT ROD on the Tour. Look for more news and announcements in the coming months.

I am going to cut out of work semi-early on Friday... try to catch the last stop Friday and see what's out there. I caught a leg of the 99' Power Tour when it was at the Daytona Speedway. Haven't had the time/money since to even catch one day of the tour since. :(

If anyone wants to meet up mid-day on Friday, let me know... maybe a few of us can cruise up there together.

Saturday...I'll be there!!! What time is the Kissimee one ending?

I think that Saturday is just a meet for the long haulers....

Saturday I will be in Arizona, so even if it isn't....

if they havnt changed anything..its for everyone..but they do a special presentation for the long haulers..but you can still go..

The best day to see the most cars will be on Friday. Saturday's meet will probably be gone by lunchtime. Friday will have entertainment and all the longhaulers as well as the day trippers. You have to understand that these guys have been going all week long. They have been assaulted with sensory overload for the past 6 days because of all the tricked out rides. They're tired and ready to go home on Saturday. So be there Friday if at all posible.

i printed out the time and directions for the meet and d like to go :) id like to meet up with some cruisers and go in a group. i should be on vacation and would like to go to tallahasse or at least some were in the middle to kissimmee. my sister works for primida and she got me passes to all the events and might have extra. im not to familar with the tallahassee area.

Like I have offered, I will have a room there, so if you would like to go the night before and leave with the group in the am, you are welcome. I will probably go out into Tallahassee that night if I can find some people and a cool spot.... I have never been there before.

i'll be in kissimmee on fri and sat. my dad is coming up and we're going.

I'm gonna head up Friday night after work. I have nothing decent to drive though. So I'll just be another spectator.

I went down to Kissimmee yesterday..a lot of sweet cars! And a $hit load of camaros too!

i was there from noon to 6pm. did anyone from here see the t/a. I was parked next to a black ws6. see signature of the t/a. i had a sweet spot on the coner. here are the pictures i took.

I was there the past 2 days, wish the weather would have been better, but oh well. It was still fun.

i got there too late. probably arrived around 6 on fri. walked around for maybe 30 min before it started to pour. once it let up i left. went again today in the morning and saw some of the cars, but everyone had pretty much packed up and gone home. here are the few pics i took.
