question about PM's

alright, is there any possible way to see if the person you sent a PM to has checked it? I bought wheels off of someone on here and I have not seen them yet, now he wont respond to my PM's.. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe say hes been outta town or something but this has gone to far. his name on here is 96WS6 A.K.A. Chase Classen... anyone else had any problems with him? I know of one other person that got scammed by him who actually PM'd me when he found out that I bought the wheels off this guy. He said that he bought a PCM from him and hasnt seen the item, and wont respond to his PM's either. I will not mention this member's name just out of common curtosey, however, if they want to come forward then go right ahead. :mad: :mad: :mad: !!!!

I think when you send it there is a 'read reciept' option.

Can't you decline read receipts though.

I'm the one awaiting a reply on the PCM paid for last week with PayPal under the agreement of being shipped overnight as soon as payment received. Maybe something is up in his life but the promptness of reply before the sale/ payment was pretty good and now no contact. Kinda fishy. It has been a few days since asking for the overnight tracking number.

Thanks guys. As for Chase, I'm sorry if there is a reason behind your not responding to our PM's, if so you have my appoligies. This is just getting out of hand. Here is a prime example. I sent a money order out the same day, same time as the one I sent out for the rims from Chase. the guy lives in Florida and I received the item last wednesday. Chase lives in michigan....although they are rims, so they might take longer to ship than a dirve shaft. BUT, 4 days ago Chase told me he hadn't even received the money order yet..... doesn't that seem kinda weird to you guys?

I havent heard anything else, I am pretty much out of luck because my dumba$$ used a money order... :rolleyes: although I do have the number for the local Norfolk Nebraska police, I have a feeling they will be getting a call and I will be filing a report with them tomorrow. :eek:

I am having a similiar issue with this guy but it is over on Corral.net. I purchased a set of Bassani Headers from him, through Paypal. :-( I have not yet received the product from him, yet he says he was out of the city for work last week.

I have now found out trying to email him, it doesn't work, the email has been deleted. I am out of luck it looks like. I am going to be calling the Norfolk Police, Monday first thing in the morning.

The guys Ebay name is bumpin_astro and he had good feedback, so I am not sure what is going on. I hope we both receive our products.


Here is his email he sent me: "sorry for not keeping in touch very well these last few days, i've been out of town and i appologize i didn't get a chance to ship before i left. I will try and get them sent tomorow at work."

ok its been awhile since i logged on, i am going through some tuff times in my life right now, it may seem as if i have scammed Blackbird, and luna. The norfolk police have pressed theft charges against me, i will ship the wheels and pcm as soon as i get my next pay check, i am very sorry guys. the last year of my life has been nothing but a bunch a crap, can you guys please bear with me i will send the parts asap, if you don't think i even have them i can take pics of them sitting in my garage right now.

You have the option to refund me the difference by contacting PAYPAL. If you have
shipped at this point, include enough to pay the return shipping. It is their deal now.
