What is needed to run Pro Stars?

Looking to run 15x3.5's up front, and 15x8 out back.

What size spacers will I need up front? Will I need longer studs?

What about the rear?

The cooling fins need to be grinded off the rear calipers, correct?

Also, any recommendations for front tires?
