Is there a GM recall for 99 C5 chrome wheels peeling?

Sorry these are on my Camaro so I don't know where this should go.
Anyway I thought there was a TSB or recall for the 99 C5(thick spoke) wheels that had peeling chrome.
I can't seem to find it though.

Since chromed wheels were not a factory option, I doubt it. The only C5 wheel options were Polished (00-04) or Magnesium. All the chromies were aftermarket.
