Bought a tranny mount from AutoZone... got questions...Need4Camaro 05-06-2005, 06:11 PM The $25.99 one from Energy Suspension, Polyurthane for GM RWD cars and 2WD cars... Any poly mounts for v6 f-bodies you need to modify your crossmember. There are 2 bolts that go into the tranny and a single bolt connects the crossmember to the mount. you need to extend the hole on the mount I have heard a 1/4 in, I had to do mine like 1/2 in. Some use a drill and just grind it down I used a dremel and cutoff wheel tooke me like 30 minutes total to do everything. I have the same one from autozone as you.
