need a scanner for 94

can you guys tell me where i can get a scanner for a 94 LT1 ive heard that there are some free ones. i have a laptop. i will also need the cable though too. where can i get this stuff? thanks in advance

Not long ago, someone had a link to a discontinued Actron OBDI scan tool. Search for scan tools in this forum and you'll find it. It was a very good price. If you want a programmer, that's a different story.
