what difference would it make with non adjustable as to adjustable trailing/control arms by RK sports??? ive installed a adj, torque arm bar, and have ordered a adj pan hard bar. would it be better to get the adjustable arms?

No need for adjustable LCA's unless you plan to run a larger diameter tire.

i have 20" on now, but am going to take em off and put 19" on. i could afford either or but dont want to spend unnecesary money. plus the specs. on the adjustable ones looked weaker

It's not the wheel diameter, it's the tire diameter. Tire diameter is usually 26". Some guys run 27" and 28" slicks to get a bigger tire patch for traction.

thanx 4 the feedbak, ima go with the non-adjustable arms, and adjustable panhard bar, as i do plan to lower the vehicle, once the wheels are changed.
