manual brakes

Does anyone know who makes a conversion kit to change my95 Z28 over from power brakes to manual brakes?

I got the master cylinder setup from Billingsley Racing, a line lock from Sam Biondo, a Wilwood proportioning valve and have Aerospace brakes on the front. I fabbed all the brake lines myself.
