WTB: 98-00 Z28 in VA

Hey guys - it seems like no one in Virginia is selling their LS1!!!

I'm looking for a 98-00 Z28 - preferably in or around the Hamton Roads region (Richmond or parts of NC OK). Color does not matter as long as paint is in decent condition. 75k or less miles, A4, hardtop or t-top, good mechanical condition and close to stock preferred.

Looking to spend $11k or less but will consider anything in the area that I can look at and drive before making a decision.
