Post Dodge unveils hemi-powered Daytona R/T models

Daytona R/T comes in just two colors, “Go Man Go” metallic orange borrowed from the 1970 Charger, and “Top Banana,” another shade from Charger history. The package includes an exclusive front fascia and chin spoiler, black honeycomb grille, “Daytona,” “Hemi” and “R/T” decals, painted 18-inch wheels, flashier exhaust tips and a black decklid spoiler. The limited-edition 2006 Charger Daytona R/T, 8000 of which go into production this summer. In Daytona trim the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 produces 350 hp, up 10 ponies thanks to a freer-flowing exhaust. The suspension benefits from a handling package with higher-performing Michelin all-season tires, Nivomat load-leveling shocks, and performance brake pads and steering gear.

Guess dodge is going the mustang route and releasing several different charger models.
Looks like there are going to be even more options out there for the rear wheel drive V8 enthusiast. Just wish GM had something to counter with, how about an aggressive Judge model of the GTO, we need something quick.

despite them being owned by the germans, i hope they do well. i still want to claim them as an "American" brand, and themes like this will really keep buyers thinking they are buying true american vehicles.

There's two of those trucks at my local Chrysler dealership.

That's quiet a lot more money to pay for a wing on a truck.
