i still have pressure in the crankcase... cant figure it out

i have been trying to chase down this problem for a few weeks now and i just cant figure it out. i read the posts last week about another member with the problem, people suggested the intake gasket being bad, or a loose PCV. well now i have a brake booster check valve in line with the pcv, and i took off the intake to find out that the gasket is not damaged. PN 1236777
383 8.5:1 AFR 210s lt4 intake 224 236 114lsa d1sc.
right now im having a problem with only 4 PSI, imaging what it would be when i get it on the dyno. i have a breather on the PS valve cover and the PCV in the stock location. vacume line that originally went to the TB also has a breather in it. with 4 psi i have oil SHOOTING out of the dipstick tube.

only thing i havent done is a leak down test, BEFORE i put the charger on, i broke the engine in. it has about 650 miles now. before the blower install engine never leaked or used a bit of oil... please help

It could be that the rings never seated well. I would try a leakdown test next.

The larger hose that went from the throttle body to the ps valve cover? You need to plug that port of the throttle body.

What he said. Same thing happened to me. Make sure you have plugged the hole in the manifold under the TB.

BUT, if you are popping the dipstick then you have other problems then the 4 psi boost leak.

If he has the hole plugged under the tb, he can't possibly have the pcv hooked up. That port pulls the vacuum on the crankcase. Make sure the check valve is installed the right way. At first glance, you would assume that the line stuck in the side of the intake is the one that pulls the vacuum. It isn't. It's the other way. This is critical.

Then just put a breather on the pass. side valve cover(which you already have). Then, cap the port on the tb with a 1/2" vacuum cap. This is the port that originally had the hose that went to the pass. valve cover. Just to clarify things.
