Got the wet kit on finally. Didn't work at first had the relay wired wrong. Got that corrected...made sure it worked....had the wife rev it to 3500 and I activated the WOT switch....saw it spray inside elbow. Went for a test run and couldn't really feel anything. Jetted for a 100 shot. MPH seemed to climb faster but no SOTP feeling. Bottle pressure was low..around 600-700. Would I notice that much of a difference if it was at 1000 psi?

Did you see nitrous shoot in the elbow as well? or just fuel? You should've seen a cloud. If not, your N20 Solenoid could be bad.

Hmm... are you sure both solenoids were working? Tested them huh? Make sure the nozzle is facing the throttle body too.
Another thing, I bought my nitrous kit used and it had n2o in the bottle. When I sprayed I barely felt anything. I think the pressues was around 600. But when I had the bottle filled I felt it, BIG TIME. I heard sometimes there's "dead air" in the bottle.
Last suggestion is to put the bottle in the tub with hot water and bolt it in and try again with pressure @ ~900.
My 100 shot breaks the tires loose at 45mph in an A4. (2nd @ 3500)

Bottle pressure will make a big difference in the optimal flow volume. Needs to be in the proper range (900-1050, depending on the company--NX uses 1050 for max flow); not too low nor too high. At 600 psi you were well below the appropriate pressure level for best flow (measured in lbs/sec) volume. A bottle heater is one remedy for your situation. Also, make sure both solenoids are functioning, as stated above. Good luck!

Thanks for the help guys...it was a solenoid. Starting working back from the nozzle and found what I think is the remains of a o-ring wedged in the jet. Solenoid was letting nitrous through constantly but plugged jet was preventing from going into motor. I do have a bottle heater ....just didn't have it wired up yet...Thanks!!

yep...they are going to replace it for me under warranty but I think I'll use it as my purge valve. I put a NOS solenoid in place of the bad one for now but will go NX next time.

Everytime I have an issue with my system and am not sure if it's working, I later get the problem resolved and am quickly reminded that even with a 100 shot, there's NO DOUBT when it's working right. If you're "wondering" if it's working, then it's NOT.
