Any 1 month or weekly rent places in orlando?
Any 1 month or weekly rent places in orlando?
Anyone know of any weekly or monthly rate places?
Townhouse scheduled to be done, June 20th.
Current lease ends June 30th...
Townhouse been pushed back numerous times woudl not surprise me a week or two.
Anyone know anywhere local me and my girl could stay for a possible short stay? 1 week to 1 month?
Our current place won't let us stay and extra month without 12 month lease then we will have to break our lease.
Penalties for breaking lease
-lose security deposit($200)
-Pay an extra month's rent ($685)
-So in a way $885 on top of the ~$900ish we split to live that one month. In theory we would be spending $1,785 to live one extra month.

Who's the builder of your townhouse? You're building in avalon, correct? I wouldn't put too much faith in any of the builders in there to have it finished at any point in time when they tell you, even if they've moved it back a couple times already.

Ryland... Been pushed back since Novmeber

hard to say I am worried about that too, I am just exploring options. on our "block" of townhomes, there are people with full appliances, grass, paint, landscaping. (we are in the same work rotation as them, they started on that end first)
I have windows, full plumbing, insulation, doors, fullroof with shingles, but drywall is coming up, and they finished up electrical today.

Alright...maybe the June 20th date isn't gonna be so far off. Generally speaking, closing can take place right around one month after they hang the drywall....that is if everything goes right for them. Still gotta actually hang it, paint, do all kinds inspections/walk throughs, certificate of occupancy, yada yada yada, all that crap...Don't be surprised if it takes another 2 months. I would go into avalon park and find yourself a ryland superintendent and ask him when he has the home scheduled to be completed. Just my .02
