Removed C clips from the transmission line and still the lines won't come off

I am installing my new stall and I have everything off, I just need to get the transmission lines off of the tranny, but i removed the C clip from each line and still the lines won't come off? Iam pulling on it and still it won't come off..I don't get it? Is there more than one C clip on the lines? I thought the lines would come off easy when I removed the C clips but they won't come off. Iam really pulling so hard I am afraid that I might break the line..Any ideas why the line won't come off? I thought it would be easy just take off the C clips and thats it but its not, this is really a pain

Shouldn't be that hard. You can take the lines out of the bracket on the engine (further up toward the radiator). The front of those metal lines are rubber and will allow for the lines to flex. Lower the tranny very very slowly being sure to watch the lines. Lower it until you can see what the hangup is.
