Borla or slp loudmouth

Will either Borla or SLP Loudmouth mufflers sound good on a 3.8L without a cat? Or will it sound ricy?

Or what is the best sounding muffler for a 3.8L?

I'm getting a Magnaflow for REAL cheap REAL soon... ;)

The "best" is too subjective... everyone always asks that like everyone else has the same opinion.

I will say this though... stay away from loudmouth. It's OBNOXIOUS. So obnoxious, most guys locally i know who put it on their cars, change to a different cat-back not long after.

Well one is half the price of the other so... I picked loudmouth and love it. If you have the money, I've heard great things about Borla.

camabird= do you have a sound clip?? I agree with Teufel Hunden on the loudmouth. Id like to hear the magna flow on one aswell. if some people could help out, that would be great!

I used to but it's not hosted anymore. It's really loud some think it's obnoxious (like my parents). They are making me get rid of it :mad: They said they would help pay for a new system that has an actual muffler so I'm gonna get borla, LOL. :-D

just installed a borla on my 96 RS camaro v6,sounds nice,and was easy to install...does give out a distinctive sound.cheapest price i found it at was ajusa.com
