Going from Dino to Syn - Anything Special Needed?

Like the title says.....going from Dino to Syn with about 60K miles on it.

Any problems with having a little bit of remaining Dino oil left inside?
Would doing an engine flush help at all?

Thanks for you help.

Always use the synthetic! It won't change anything except your engine will like you more.
