What do I need to get RCAs from my HU for my amp?

I've heard about something from PAC.

What do I need exactly? And where do I get it?

You need the OEM-1, not the OEM-2. The OEM-2 is used in cars that have common ground speakers (the negative of the speakers gets grounded to the chassis of the car). You'll also need the GM21C and AMP/RCA harnesses.
