Are F-Cars completely metric? nuts/bolts?

I need to replace a few nuts and bolts on the 'bird. Are F-cars completely metric? Seems like some of the sizes that I am searching out don't exist in metric and most nuts/bolts websites only list American sizes? Does anyone know of a site/company the carry chrome or polished alternatives to oe black. thnx. -Jeff

The body is metric, the engine is mixed between the two (for LT1s).

I imagine that LS1 cars are 100% metric though?

Since the engine was a complete new design, it would be more likely, IMO.
