F-body and Vette wheels are 5x4.75 (5 lug x 4.75 inches)

Nope - at least not without some sort of adapter.

The '93 Deville needs a 5 x 115mm bolt pattern, and the F-body uses a 5 x 120.65mm (aka 5 x 4 3/4") pattern.
