Selling your ’97 Z28 or SS? I’m looking to Buy one very soon!

I got pre-approved for a loan this week and I’m waiting for my Grand Prix to sell.
I’m going to want to turn around very fast and buy a Camaro as soon as the Grand Prix sells. I’d like to start working a deal out and have a car ready to buy within a month. The car needs to be in Texas too.

This is what I want on my new Camaro:
A ’97 or newer Z28 or SS
Less than 70k on original motor
No major mods. A few bolt-on’s are ok
Must be very clean and never wrecked (a car fax would be nice) :)
Must be a 6-speed car
Must have Leather
Must have T-tops or be a Convertible (I am more interested in verts)

I wont take the loan out until the Grand Prix sells but I would like to work a agreement.

I have a Z28 but its modded heavily. Im not sure if Im going to sell just thought I would see what you thought. It only has 52,000 miles on it and its sitting in storage in san antonio. Its been ther since august but someone starts it every month. NO tags so its not driven. SLP ultra z hood abd SS spolier, ttops, 6 speed, blah blah, let me know.
