Yokohama es100 or Fuzion ZRi (concerned about width) ??

I can't decide between Yokohama es100 or Fuzion ZRi 275/40/17. The specs show the Yokohoma tread width as 10.7" but the Fuzion is only 9.5". Right now I have Goodyear F1's with a spec thread width of 9.7", and I think they look a little too narrow.

Anyone have any comments about this? I'm wondering if the Yoko width is exagerrated by measuring it's outter edge part of the tread. Anyone see or have the Fuzions?

Also, I found a place that sells the Fuzion for $102.

Thanks!

i have the fuzions on my z28 right now, 245/50/16 though, and yes they are a little skinnier than most other tires in there same tread width rating, my sumitomo 235/55/16's on the front are actually wider than the fuzions by just a hair, to most ppl they look the same though, they grab really well though, only way to break em loose on a good dry road is near wide open take off, ive got it down to where i can take off hard and not spin em a bit :) don't know anything about the yokohomas but i hope that helps you on the fuzion side
