Well i understand how to install the panhard bar, i just cant get the damn bolts off. They are rusty and will not budge. Any tips on how to get them loose. I tried a breaker bar and wd40, bolt buster etc. Nothing. Torching them too, and that did nothing. I think i might have to cut them off  grrr

Been there, you will need new bolts and nuts. If you check this forum I posted the part numbers.
If you used an Oxy/act torch that should help. Propane is useless. MAP gas torch is much hotter than propane 2000 deg hotter. I partly melted the rubber in the old panhard bar.
WD40 is useless for breaking bolts free. The PB Blaster worked for me. I used several cans of it.
I broke an air impact socket on a panhard rod nut. Buy rent or borrow compressor and impact tools you won't get them out without impact tools.
I would do this,
1) Start with the nut side.
2) Heat with Oxy torch or Mapp torch till dull red.
3) Spray with PB Blaster, watch for chance of fire, keep water and wet towels around, allow to cool and repeat.
4) Get 1/2" or larger impact wrench and set to full power. Alternate Tigthen and loosen settings on the gun. Spray with PB blaster between cycles.
5) That should take care of it, order new bolts.
6) Hope like hell that you dont't have to remove the rear bolts on the front lower control arms. Much worse than the panhard rod.
7) Cutting may have to be done, but I got by with the above approach.
Good Luck

I would suggest safety glasses with the above method.

I would suggest safety glasses with the above method.
Good idea, I wear glasses all of the time anyway so I didn't think to mention them.
Good shop practice would to be wearing safety glasses anytime impact tools grinders, cutting tools ,spray painting ,working under the car, ect, or just about any time tools are being used. That would include hammers ect not just power tools.

Yes,
All three of the large bolt/nuts are the same.
You will likely need two of each.
Bolt 11516933
Nut 11515744
