I have one. I think it's actually a stock replacement because the tranny was rebuilt right before I bought the car. Worked fine for me for 20k miles before I built the tranny and bought an Edge converter. $50 + shipping.

 

I have a brand new one, never used. It was included in a high performance 4L60E tranny I bought. It is a rebuilt restalled (2700) factory converter. Never been in a car.
