LT1 Edit install HELP

Need some help, I just bought a used copy of LT1 edit and i can't install it?? there is no install program?? there is a setup or tuneitup program. I can unzip files but not unzip everything ....AM i miising something here ...

is there a way to open everything up so i can see if there is an install file.. or something..
