Why are my driver's side taillights dimmer than my passenger side?

I realy need to get this fixed before I start driving it because with my blackouts, you can barely see the drivers side.

The bulbs are all good and all the same. What could it be?

A bad ground.

How do I fix that? What is the taillight harness grounded to?
