Problem with stock air filter and SLP lid

Hey guys, i cant seem to get my SLP lid to seal over the stock air filter. Is there something i am missing? Thanks

make sure you have the tabs in the back slide in to the wholes. I have the same lid with a K&N and some times it is a PITA.

Hey shoulda thanks for the reply. I have the tabs back in the slots, but it seems like the stock air filter sits to high and wont let the lid sit down all the way around the air filter. I guess i will need to keep working with it
