I just changed my spark plugs. I put in some ngk tr55...they came gapped at .058...the same gap the stock delco's had. I was driving around the block for a test run and my ses light starts flashing. Then after a while it started to stay on and only flash when i reach about 2500 rpm. I dunno wtf is going on here. any suggestions?

A flashing SES light indicates a catalyst damaging condition like a dead miss. If all you did was change plugs, I'd check for a cracked insulator, crossed-up plug wire {wrong firing order}, trash in the electrode picked up off the head upon installation, plug wire not snapped into proper position on the plug, did a terminal pull out of the end of a wire when you pulled them off?....
It would help to find out if a particular cylinder is is dead {cold}.

I guess since you have an LS1 it's pretty unlikely you have the wires crossed up. :D
