first off, i wouldnt cosider it because its a V6...but if thats what you have to go for, then so be it. Dont seem too bad, miles are about right for that year maybe even on the low side. is it an RS with a body kit?

Price may be a little high... did u run a kelly blue book on it? Im not real sure cause i dont kno what the market is like for the V6's

I would love a z28, but I am only 16 years old so the insurance would be insane. And I believe it is just the base 30th anniversary v6, not the RS. But it does have all the original 30th logos on the outside and seats.

KBB = $5,665 for private party sale

30th logos on the outside? they aren't original if so, as far as i know the only 30th symbols are on the headrests for that model

If you get a V6...seriously consider making it a manual.

Just found out that it comes with new Polk 6.5"s, JVC head unit, 1000w amp, and 2 RF 10"s

Seems alright, but for a lil more money you could have a Z. Also, the manual might be a better idea..... just because an Auto and a V6 won't be too much fun to drive.

My son had a 95 Camaro A4 3.8 T-top. It was a fun car and even though it was only a V6, I beleive it was a fun car to drive. The V6 has 210 hp and that's plenty for a teen and it even got great gas millage as my wife drove it for 6 months. If you just want a fun car to drive, go for it. Offer him $4500 and see what happens.

Check with your insurance company, but I believe that anniversary edition vehicles carry a slightly higher premium. If that be the case, you may want to look for a Z28 that isn't an anniversary edition.

I would love a z28, but I am only 16 years old

16 years old...then I think a V6 manual (or Ill grudgingly say an auto even) is the right car for you, gas mileage, insurance, and no offense but it is a more realistic and practical first car. A z28 is a lot of power and temptation for most young first drivers I would think a Camaro V6 with a manual trans is a cool as hell first car...add some t tops and a nice stereo and what 16 year old would not be seriously happy with that car...

I am an auto guy, mainly due to a shot knee...but a V6 auto would even put me to sleep I think...a V6 manual would be a fun car to drive and I think 5,000 for one is an expected price range for one..take your time and get one that is the right color, options etc...since you cannot have the V8...you may as well make the car have everything else you want in a car..color, etc. or you may really beging to want something else quick after the newness wears off...I think though with a V6 manual, you could actually love the car...
