Paint Choices

I have a Red 1997 Z28. I recently got hit on the right side and i am getting all that fix which will run like for and i am putting another claim in for mulch spores on my paint so i am getting the car repainted. Should i keep it red? Change color add design what? Help me out

There are so many things involved with changing colors. Are you painting it yourself? My advice would be what i did. Take everything apart (engine out, hood, front bumper, back bumper, ground effects, panel between tainlights, spoiler.....and i think that is it). Repaint it red and put white racing stripes on it. I am knee deep in the project right now and it will be well worth it. I have a 98 and up SS spoiler, 3" cowl hood, and wings west ground effects kit.

You can go with a variation of the red that you have, if you are in Collegeville, there is a Finishmaster paint supply store in the Pottstown area that could show you different variations of reds, red metallics and the like off of paint chips.

I personally like PPG and Glasurit...
