I would buy a Porter Cable from Lowe's for $99.

If you are looking for a rotary, I would buy a quality Fein, Metabo, Makita, or DeWalt.

try e-bay....i just bought a brand new dewalt from there for $174 and it is awesome. I had a another one that i burned up but this one is adjustable speed from 1k to 3k rpm's. There are also some used ones for cheaper.

I don't recommend using rotary buffers without tons of experience.

Ive been detailing cars for 15 years going on 16 , my Dad owned Keiths auto & van here in Toledo for just about 10 years before selling the business , thank you for your concern though .

Well, that's good, but it was just general information...not intended for any one person.

For the same price as that makita, you can get a much better dewalt. The one I got off of ebay was $174 shipped to my door.
