I'm having a hard time finding a place that will mount 315/30/18's on 11" wide wheels. I picked up the tires through tirerack and nobody want to mount them due to the fact that I did not buy them through their shop. Also to compound the problem the very few that said that they would mount tirerack tires cannot or will not mount such low/wide tires. I have already tried through tirerack to find a installer with no luck. I know people get these things mounted all the time but I can't seem to find the right place, any help would be greatly appreciated. I would be willing to travel far and wide to get this done (anywhere in New England)!!

Almost forgot, I will have a set of Enkei winsome rims and tires up for sale once I get the new tires and rims mounted. The Enkei's are 17x9-1/2" and the tires are Yokohama AVS Sports 275-40-17's for the front and 285-40-17's for the rear. The front tires have about 90% tread and the backs have 75% left on them, I got maybe 4,000 miles on the tires. The first $1250 takes them.

TireRack has a link on their website for "Installation" where you input your zip code and they then list recommended installers in your area. I had mine put on at Tire Warehouse.

I believe that Steer Rite in Palmer will do it, and they are only a few minutes away from you. I know they had bought a tire mounting machine specifically for large rims/low profile tire setups. :thumb:

No problem. I'll have to check out the bird when you're done with the new rims and tires. :thumb:
